These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phpopen platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phpopen's customer support team. phpopen undertakes to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days of the dispute being formally raised, the matter may be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
